1. The service

celebs.ai provides access to AI characters: chat with artificial intelligence, a generated-content feed, and courses. All characters are fictional AI personalities inspired by historical figures — they are not real people or their official representatives.

2. Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and provide a valid email.
  • You are responsible for your password and all activity in your account.
  • One person — one account; multi-accounts to bypass limits are prohibited.

3. Plans & payments

  • Free — basic access with a daily message limit.
  • Premium / Ultra — higher limits, voice, courses. Prices are shown on the pricing page; a 100% launch discount applies (promo access with no charges).
  • When payments go live (Stripe/YooKassa), the provider's refund rules apply; you may cancel promo access anytime.
  • We may change limits and plan contents with notice on this page.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited: seeking illegal or harmful content, circumventing moderation or limits, spam, harassment, disinformation, infringing third-party rights, automated scraping, or straining infrastructure. Automated filtering is applied to both incoming and outgoing messages.

5. Content & AI

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; they are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial).
  • Your messages remain yours; we hold a license to process them to operate the service (storage, character memory, moderation).
  • Generated images and posts are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use within the platform.

6. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or preservation of generated content during outages.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to terms

Continuing to use the service after this page updates means you accept the new version.
