By using celebs.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

celebs.ai provides AI-generated conversations with fictional characters. Output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; we moderate but cannot guarantee safety.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
• No scraping or automated access without written permission.
• No resale of generated content without modification.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your password and any activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Paid plans

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation is via the Stripe customer portal link on /billing/me. Refunds per our refund policy.

6. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is". We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months (or USD 100 if no paid plan).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
